The Scientific and Program Council is a creative, advisory and consultative body. It prepares the program resolution of the Center for a given term of office, including general and detailed recommendations related to the objectives of the Centre's operation.

The foundation and the first meetings of the MCBFS Scientific and Program Council took place in the historic Sala BHP  (health and safety hall) in Gdańsk on November 8-9, 2019. The full council meets every 5 years.
